WEATHER - We are an outdoor attraction. Therefore, we cannot control the weather and in the unlikely event that the weather forces Pure Terror Scream Park to close for the evening, all existing reservations can be used on any other evening for the remainder of our current 2021. All patrons acknowledge and accept that reservations/tickets must be rescheduled... there are NO REFUNDS!

Pure Terror Scream Park reserves the right to declare a specific ticket time or entire evening SOLD OUT.
I agree to and expect extended wait times on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings in October.
All scheduled ticket times are approximate - Pure Terror Scream Park will make every effort to ensure that the event runs as scheduled but some delays are possible due to weather and safety conditions.
Tickets obtained from sources other than Pure Terror Scream Park run the risk of being counterfeit.
No High Heels or Flip Flop footwear allowed.
All patrons acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted our terms, policies, and disclaimers. We reserve the right to amend such as the need arises, and without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER

Pure Terror Scream Park reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron at any time, for any reason. Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission refused. All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with each and every attraction and agrees to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. This is an outdoor attraction which is held in the dark woods! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. Proper footwear is also required - no high heels or flip flops allowed! You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; have heart, back, or respiratory problems.

NO REFUND POLICY

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled for any reason. NO REFUNDS will be given, in full or in part, for and not limited to: Acts of God; Pandemic; Terrorism; Inclement weather; or any other circumstance beyond the control of Pure Terror Scream Park.

Please Note: There is a rescheduling fee of $10.00 plus $0.80 NYS sales tax per ticket to change a ticket date or time. Change subject to availability.

WEATHER

In the event of a weather-related emergency such as sudden serious storms, heavy rains, high winds and other severe weather conditions, Pure Terror Scream Park will close temporarily until the danger of inclement weather has passed. As soon as conditions permit safe operation these attractions will re-open if possible.

As Guest and Employee safety is our number one priority, there are certain weather circumstances that may cause Pure Terror Scream Park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website, Instagram and facebook will be updated with the current operating status. Pure Terror Scream Park does not issue rain checks or refunds.

No Refunds. All sales are final. We are open rain or shine !
If a change of date or time slot is needed after the tickets are purchased online there will be a change order fee of $10.80 per ticket change request. If available if many cases ticket dates can't be changed due to limited nightly ticket availability. In that case tickets must be used on that night or will expire and the ticket will be voided for the 2021 Season. All name changes & date changes must be made as soon as possible 24hrs before the date you choose to visit the park. If you choose to change your date due to weather like rain and we can't change your date you must come to the park on the original date you picked otherwise your ticket will expirer and will be void. We are open even if it rains as the park is completely blacktopped (Paved) and 7 out 10 of the haunted attractions are indoors and the outdoors attractions have a lot of structures you will be walking in and out of as you progress to the next attraction. We allow small Umbrellas. Please note you will not get a refund if it rains and you decide your not coming to the park. If the weather is severe with heavy rain and high winds we will change your tickets to a new date and time slot for the 2021 Season of your liking and the change fee of $10.80 will not be charged to your tickets.

Once you purchase your tickets for the date of your choice and time slot the ticket must be used on that date and time you picked only. NO REFUNDS! We are selling a very limited number of tickets per night to keep capacity low as visitors arrive and leave the park each hour during our nights of operation. Please make sure the date & time slot you choose for our 2021 Season is your final choice as there is a $10.80 change fee per ticket and if you don't change your date & time slot before the date you picked your tickets will expire after Midnight on the date you picked to come to Pure Terror Scream Park and there are NO REFUNDS once your tickets are purchased they must be used on that date and time slot that you reserved a date and time slot for.

All sales are final (no exceptions) our seasonal event is just like a professional sporting event , Concert , Broadway Theater Show once tickets have been purchased for Pure Terror they must be used on the date and time slot chosen.

Credit Card purchases online only and CASH ONLY at our box office at the park.

All transactions must be made online at pureterror.com this will help us control the amount of customers that attend the park each night.
