Our 3rd party online ticketing company has a change ticket service fee of $18.50 per ticket plus NY sales tax of $1.50 per ticket. All tickets will be charged a ticket change fee of $20.00 for each ticket needing to be rescheduled to a different date. Ticket change is subject to availability and must be made 24hrs prior to the original date. Email [email protected] for ticket date change inquiries.

NO REFUND POLICY: All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled for any reason. NO REFUNDS will be given, in full or in part, for and not limited to; Acts of God; Pandemic; Terrorism; Inclement weather; or any other circumstance beyond the control of Pure Terror Scream Park.

WEATHER: We are an Indoor/outdoor attraction. Therefore, we cannot control the weather and in the unlikely event that the weather forces Pure Terror Scream Park to close for the night, all existing reservations for that night can be used on any other night for the remainder of our current 2023 season. All patrons acknowledge and accept that reservations/tickets must be rescheduled for another night during our 2023 season. In the event of a weather-related emergency such as sudden serious storms, heavy rains, high winds, or other severe weather conditions, Pure Terror Scream Park will close temporarily until the danger of inclement weather has passed. As soon as conditions permit safe operation these attractions will re-open if possible.

I agree to and expect extended wait times on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings in September and October.

Tickets obtained from sources other than Pure Terror Scream Park run the risk of being counterfeit.

DISCLAIMER: Pure Terror Scream Park reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron at any time, for any reason. Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission refused. All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with each and every attraction and agree to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. This is an outdoor attraction that is held in the dark woods and uneven surfaces! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. Appropriate footwear is required. You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, and encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; or have heart, back, or respiratory problems.

As Guest and Employee safety is our number one priority, there are certain weather circumstances that may cause Pure Terror Scream Park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website, Instagram and Facebook will be updated with the current operating status. Pure Terror Scream Park does not issue rain checks or refunds.

No Refunds. All sales are final. We are open rain or shine!
If a change of date is needed after the tickets are purchased online there will be a change order fee of $18.50 plus tax per ticket change request fee. If available in many cases ticket dates can't be changed due to limited nightly ticket availability. In that case, tickets must be used on that night or will expire and the ticket will be voided for the 2023 Season. All name changes & date changes must be made as soon as possible 24hrs before the date you choose to visit the park. If you choose to change your date due to weather like rain and we can't change your date you must come to the park on the original date you picked otherwise your ticket will expire and will be void. We are open even if it rains as the park is completely blacktopped (Paved) and 10 out of 13 of the haunted attractions are indoors the outdoor attractions have a lot of structures you will be walking in and out of as you progress to the next attraction. We allow small Umbrellas. Please note you will not get a refund if it rains and you decide you're not coming to the park. If the weather is severe with heavy rain and high winds we will change your tickets to a new date for the 2023 Season of your liking.

Once you purchase your tickets for the date of your choice the ticket must be used on that date you picked only. NO REFUNDS! Please make sure the date chosen for our 2023 Season is your final choice as there is an $18.50 change fee per ticket and if you don't change your date before the date you picked your tickets will expire after Midnight on the date you picked to come to Pure Terror Scream Park and there are NO REFUNDS once your tickets are purchased they must be used on that date that you reserved a date and time slot for.
